Terms of Use
Use of the Expense Track app (the “App”) is governed by
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
The following terms supplement that agreement and describe the conditions of subscriptions and purchases in the App. They are a translation of our Términos de Uso; if the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Expense Track Premium plans
| Plan | Type | Length | Renewal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Premium Monthly | Auto-renewable subscription | 1 month | Automatically every month |
| Premium Yearly | Auto-renewable subscription | 1 year | Automatically every year |
| Premium for Life | One-time purchase (non-consumable) | Permanent | Does not renew |
Price: the current price of each plan, in your local currency, is shown in the App on the Premium screen and on the App Store purchase confirmation sheet before you confirm any charge.
What Premium includes: no ads, unlimited group projects, report and project export to PDF, CSV and Excel, and unlimited PDF bank statement imports. The App is free to use; your first bank statement import is included at no cost.
2. Auto-renewable subscription terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period, at the current plan price.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
- Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period already paid. No refunds are given for partial periods.
3. Restoring purchases
If you switch devices or reinstall the App, you can recover Premium with the “Restore purchases” button on the Premium screen, using the same Apple ID you made the original purchase with.
4. Acceptable use
- The App is provided for personal use to manage finances and shared expenses.
- You must not use the App for unlawful purposes or attempt to breach, decompile or interfere with how it works.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record and for backing up your device.
5. Limitation of liability
Expense Track is a tool for recording and organizing expenses. It is not financial, accounting, tax or investment advice. The optional Tax Advice service is provided by an independent certified public accountant; Expense Track is not responsible for that service. The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
6. Privacy
How your information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Changes to prices or subscription conditions will be communicated with the notice Apple requires, and you will be able to cancel before they take effect.
